Bike Assembly

 (8-12 hrs estimate work time)

Description:

• Super Bike Assembly - custom build-up of frameset, parts, components, and accessories - fully internal routing of Shift Cables (Electronic/Mechanical Shifting) and Hydraulic/Mechanical Brakes.  If additional parts/components are needed in the build and not prescribed upfront, additional Charges may apply up to $75/hour for labor + cost of part/accessory.
• *Note: Pricing above is for labor only and does not include any additional parts, components, or accessories required or requested in the build. Those will be added as an additional cost. 
• There will also be a standard Charge of $12 for shop supplies used during the build and $7 for each install of additional component or accessory outside of standard assembly. 
• *Note: Additional $150 will be added to assembly for bike w/parts, components, and accessories purchased outside of OZK Bike Fit & Cycles if the additional parts/components are not presented with the build upfront.  
• **NOTE: You will drop off your bike within an agreed upon prescribed time/appointment, leave it with me, and I will contact you when complete.
• ***Note: Disassembly of a bike to swap components to a new bike will be an additional $45.
• I realize this seems like a lot, but a super bike requires a lot of time, patiences, and detail.  I take bikes like this extremely serious as they require and deserve that amount of attention.
• Unexpected issues outside the norm may be charge at $75/hr of by the pre-listed charge for that service.

Includes the following:

• Assemble bicycle with a custom build-up of frameset, parts, components, and accessories - externally routed or minimal internal routing
• *Note: Additional $100 added to assembly for bikes w/parts, components, and accessories mostly purchased outside of OZK Bike Fit & Cycles

 (2:30 hr estimate work time)

Includes the following:

• Assemble bike with frameset and full build kit to include groupset
• *Note: Additional $100 added to assembly for bikes w/parts, components, and accessories mostly purchased outside of OZK Bike Fit & Cycles.

 (2 hr estimate work time)

Includes the following:

• Assemble bike with frameset, build kit, parts, and components within the box package
• If the bike build requires additional parts not included in the box, additional charges may apply
• *Note: Doesn't include any additional accessories added - those installations will be at additional charge

 (1:30 hr estimate work time)

Includes the following:

• Assemble bike with frameset, build kit, parts, and components within the box package
• If the bike build requires additional parts not included in the box, additional charges may apply
• *Note: Doesn't include any additional accessories added - those installations will be at additional charge

 (45 minutes estimate work time)

Includes the following:

• Bike Disassembly down to the frame to ready it for shipping, bike swap, or as needed

 (20 minutes estimate work time)
